What we collect

When you call, text or fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, we keep what you tell us: usually your name, your phone number, the town or suburb the job is in, and what you need done. If we do the job, we also keep your address and a record of the work and the invoice.

Calls to 0485 050 007 may be recorded, so there’s an accurate record of what was discussed.

How we use it

To get back to you, give you a quote, book and do the work, and send the invoice. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Who else handles it

If you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers and passes them to us. Meta’s privacy policy covers what Meta does with them.

We keep enquiries, messages and call recordings in the service that runs our phone line and customer list. Like Meta, it may store information outside Australia.

This website

The website has no forms, so it doesn’t collect anything you type. It uses Visitor Tracking, an analytics service, to see how people find and use the site. It records the pages visited and technical details such as the device, browser and IP address, and it may use cookies to do this.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Call or text Jason on 0485 050 007 to find out what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Some records, such as invoices, have to be kept for tax purposes.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell Jason first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
